Coxdown Headquarters

Coxdown Construction are looking at conversion of existing agricultural buildings or a new build on Coxdown Farm for a new headquarters. This is to provide larger office spaces and meeting facilities. Utilising existing structures helps reduce the embodied energy of any new development. An unusual approval route, permission was granted through General Permitted Development – Class R.
